1605-021: Miniminds - Time And Space EP
13th January 2010 / Comments (0) / Views (843)
Kicking things off in style for 2010 we have the fresh upstart duo, Miniminds, from Northern Ireland delivering their debut release on 1605 and adding another exciting production powerhouse to our ever-expanding roster! The boys have been busy the last few years developing a strong fanbase and an impressive who's who rollcall of DJ's that support their work.
The "Time and Space" EP features two original works that showcase firsthand why Miniminds deserve their accolades. Creating a tense, throbbing arrangement with it's relentless chugging bassline and frenetic percussion, "Time and Space" starts off the package with a bang. Hardly a b-side, "Gateway" follows in the same vain, also capitalizing on some repetitive, tension-building percussive hooks while maintaining a pounding rhythm section that is sure to cause mayhem on any dancefloor!
We're off to a flying start in the new year, and this excellent new offering is but a very small sample of the great things we've got lined up for you in the coming months!
