Umek essential mix on BBC Radio 1

After placing 29th in the DJMag’s 100 Top DJ Poll, Umek returns behind the decks of on BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix radio show. After having successfully tested his newly developed Astrodisco sound at a number of selected major festivals around Europe and South America (Monegros, Dance Valey) and appearing on radio wawes from Japan to USA and Europe, he’s coming to introduce the 1605 – Sixteenofive music therapy over Her Majesty Queens Elisabeth II Commonwelth. He will deliver a special treat for all music aficionados, who appreciate a good ear-scratch of vanguard electronic music. So, don’t forget to tune in on Saturday 24 November 2007 and ride the sound of Umek! Live on BBC Radio 1 from 3-5 am GMT (that’s 4-6 am CET).
