After a few long weeks of expectation and guessing, a few days ago, the results of this year's Dj Mag Top 100 Dj's poll were finally announced. The competition was extremely keen this year, so we are pleased to announce that after a year of extremely hard work in the studio and playing at more than 60 events, Umek was voted to a 33rd spot.

As you all probably know, Dj Mag Top 100 poll is a popularity contest and is influenced only by votes of people around the world, who go online and take their time to vote. You might imagine that the commercial presence of a DJ plays an important role in the final ranking so we think that it is right to say that many DJs were voted below their real skill and talent. However, that does not mean that any other high-ranked DJ didn’t deserve their place, so we congratulate everybody for keeping the dance music scene alive and also for taking it to a higher level, each year.

As always, with a smile on his face and a huge amount of new productions up his sleeve, Umek is determined to continue his work and serve us with many more breathtaking productions and unforgettable events in the year to come.
