Nowadays, when everybody relies on the internet, as the main source for all the news, advices, help finding other interesting people, the presence of the brand on popular social networks such as Facebook is a necessity. Internet changed the way we communicate with each other and in a way it changed the way we communicate and relate to a brand or a company. From the viewpoint of a brand, communication with its fans and followers can be more genuine, up-to-date and more friendly in opposite to regular advertising.
