Some one year from now Beltek and I started working on an album that just recently hit the digital shelves and will also hit regular shelves on 27th November. It sounds a lot different than my previous one, Responding to Dynamic, and one can really feel Beltek's input in it. I loved every minute working with him and we learned a lot from each other.
First feedback is amazing and apparently people love it. A good sign for that is that it hit torrent sites minutes after launch (although I'd still rather see you getting it in a legal way).
I'd like to thank everybody involved, especially the guys from Toolroom, who also gave my team a lot of artistic freedom while making the cover and the booklet. We hired two graffiti artists who painted the cover on a wall of an abandoned factory in the middle of Ljubljana (it was already covered in mostly ugly graffiti, so don't worry about destructing property) and we took a series of photos there. At one moment I took a camera from the photographer and did a few shots. We have a saying in Slovenia that goes: "Even a blind chicken finds a grain" and it means that even if you are not experienced and skilled in something, you can still get lucky. One of the photos was actually so good that we were seriously considering about putting it onto the cover. But then we decided that I should stick to music.
On the other hand… It would take a lot less flying if I were a photographer. Hm...
