The next release on the inimitable Hell Yeah imprint comes courtesy of Berlin based tech-house hero and all around cult figurehead, Oliver Koletzki. "Yes We Can" finds him teaming up with vocalist Roland Clark, of Defected fame, whom many will know from his collaborations with Fatboy Slim and the Chemical Brothers among others. Together, they have created a fresh, original work centered around an infectious stabbing violin motive and lush, organic piano chords.
Roland's spoken word lyrics sit atop a truly anthemic and epic into-esque production sure to appeal to a wide variety of DJ's across the board, regardless of genre. Also on offer in this package, we have enlisted Enzo Elia who provides us with an excellent deep and techno infused house rendition, complete with spacious, resonating chord stabs and thunderous percussion elements.
Rounding off the package in fine style, Umek brings his unique brand of big room techno to the proceedings with a characteristically chugging and brooding production that bears all the hallmarks of this always exciting and consistent producer. A truly diverse and star studded release-if we do say so ourselves!!!
