Still on a hunt for new studio

I'm slowly getting kicked out of my current studio and I will so miss it. It's located in Metelkova - Ljubljana's ex military compound, now taken over by squatters, therefore the environment is really inspiring for artists of all kind. They are now planning some construction work there and my lease won't be extended.

I haven't imagined how hard it is to find a suitable place for a music studio. Of course the main problem is sound proofing and there are not a lot of places where a producer could hammer his speakers in crazy hours, without pissing off the neighbours. I almost signed a lease for a nice, big place in warehouse, but then my tech guys said there's no way they could isolate the room good enough for keeping the sound in. Next door was a printing shop and although their machines are producing some nice beats, they probably wouldn't tolerate me long.

So now I'm still homeless and slowly I'm running out of options. That kind of things happen often in such a small capital of such a small country. Maybe I should ask the President for help. Afterall he still owes me one for giving him a short lesson about playing music last time when he dropped by the office he he he :)
