1605-068 : Joachim Pastor - Nailcutter EP

The envelope is pushed even further with this schizophrenic release from Joachim Pastor. Ignoring all conventions in production, these two tracks could very well form a genre of their own. "Nailcutter" features mentally unstable stabs over a lazy vocal, while a disjointed, yet powerful groove holds the whole track together. Just in case you felt like you needed some more quirkiness, "Lollywood" is up next. Zany percussion, buzzing synths and otherworldly vocals make up most of "Lollywood", which rides happily along a creepy carnival bassline. We also assume that these tracks should not be played around small animals and epileptics.
