1605-078 : Pleasurekraft - Satyr Song
29th August 2011 / Comments (1) / Views (1589)
1605 proudly presents Tech House chart toppers Pleasurekraft and their new single "Satyr Song". Inspired by a line uttered to them by a homeless man in Miami last year, the duo recorded vocals, took their signature sound and injected it with a big shot of adrenaline - giving it a bigger, housier feel than their previous work, with a more raw and street sensibility. Big chords, heavy groove, and a vocal commanding indulgence in the most hedonistic pursuits, this is truly a Satyr's song. On the remix, label leader Umek takes the original into big room territory with sharp vocal edits and his signature punch. Keeping everything airtight, the track blows off steam in the breakdown with carefully placed melodic elements and a thunderous build.
