7-hour charity marathon

I really enjoy playing a long set and show you more than in the usual 2 hours I have. Especially if it's for a good cause and on Saturday I had the opportunity to perform on a traditional Party with a cause in my hometown Ljubljana. Although the party started with an apocalyptical thunderstorm which caused a short circuit on some of the equipment, I managed to entertain a crowd of 20.000 young people, who combined partying with charity.

As always people didn't need tickets to enter the venue. Instead of that, they donated 1 EUR to a charity that helps young victims of crime. I'm always happy to help the less fortunate and with the unselfish help of Beli obroc organization, we've managed to equip a few »friendly rooms« that are used to interrogate children who were abused.

Last year I performed together with Carl Cox, but this year I again did it all alone and enjoyed every single second. It really feels nice to see my fellow citizens supporting a good cause and having fun despite the ever present rain. Some of them didn't even run for shelter when the skies opened, but instead of that stood in the front row, jumping and chanting my name. Love you guys!
